Join us for the 2026 LA&HA Fotona StarWalker training workshop.
This practical program helps clinicians strengthen their laser knowledge, refine treatment skills, and build confidence in everyday practice. Expert demonstrations and hands-on sessions focus on the safe and effective use of the Fotona StarWalker® MaQX system.
The workshop combines online learning with practical training. Before attending, participants must complete the required Fotona Online University modules. This gives everyone the core knowledge needed for the hands-on sessions.
What You Will Learn in Fotona StarWalker Training
The Fotona StarWalker training program covers a range of aesthetic and dermatological applications. Participants will explore tattoo removal, pigmented lesion treatments, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and unwanted hair reduction.
The program also covers skin resurfacing for acne scars and wrinkles. In addition, participants will examine non-ablative skin rejuvenation and green toning. These sessions help clinicians understand how different wavelengths, pulse modes, and parameter settings support specific treatment goals.
Hands-On StarWalker® Laser Training
During the practical component, participants will work directly with the StarWalker® MaQX system under expert guidance. Trainers will demonstrate key techniques and explain how to adjust parameters for different indications and patient needs.
The workshop focuses on parameter selection, treatment optimisation, and clinical application. Participants will also have time to ask questions and discuss practical treatment scenarios. As a result, they can apply their learning more confidently in clinical practice.
The program suits qualified clinicians who want to strengthen their understanding of laser use in aesthetic medicine and dermatology. It also supports more consistent treatment planning across a wide range of common clinical indications.

Fotona StarWalker Training Prerequisites
- Laser Safety Certification
- A qualification in medicine, nursing, or dermal therapy
- Completion of all required Fotona Online University modules
